El Nino coming back again in Q3 2015?

A strong El Nino will roil economies that are heavily dependent on agriculture, particularly India which is already reeling from bad weather. It would also unhinge supply chains of commodities such as rice, corn and palm oil. In fact, the heat is already up in some places in the Asia Pacific.

Dress Code in JPJ implemented, too strict?

How to DRESS when in JPJ (Department of  Road Transportation in Malaysia), or else not entertain?
It is odd as people more emphasize on one's attire before they choose whether to service us? As long people as covering their private parts and dress appropriate is sufficient. Why not focus on making public lives easier by handling their main purpose of going to JPJ instead focus over their dress attire. Too much of time in hand?

If this case, can't the JPJ create online system where the public can do their errands at home where they are wear anything they like. This way, JPJ do not need to spend extra time on chasing those people not dress appropriate according to their requirement. Save time on both side.


 Having government departments set out the do's and don'ts on personal attire is “totally out of line”, said former Minister Tan Sri Rafidah Aziz 

“I don’t believe the focus should be on what the clients and the public are wearing. Focus on serving the public and attending to their problems,” she posted on Facebook early Wednesday.

Rafidah said the people should have a broader world perspective and consider the consequences of their actions. She also warned against viewing things from “very personal and often narrow perspective”.

She added that people in places of authority should never impose their personal preferences and norms on others as Malaysians live in a multiracial, multireligious and multicultural society.

“There are things you cannot dictate upon others. Your personal religious beliefs and interpretations, your perception of what is ‘good’ or ‘correct’ or ‘proper’. Your personal ideas of heaven or hell,” said Rafidah.

She also stressed on the pressing need to learn to “accept the diversities among us” and warned against causing unnecessary dissent by imposing “what is really none of our business to do” upon others.

Rafidah also did not believe that the focus on personal attire was a “Government policy or ruling”, but was instead the narrow-minded action of some people at an official level.

“The Government should have such rules rescinded immediately. And direct all departments to not overstep the boundaries of their jurisdiction and Clients Charter,” she concluded.

Restoran Fatty Mok Hakka Yong Tau Foo @ Salak South

This is one the places where it is quite cheap and reasonable to eat as there are varieties of food to choose but the food I simple love is the satay. They also have good yong tou foo and steam chicken there.

The satay there is super moist and juicy, as the reason they put some fats into the meatHowever the sauce pretty mild and has no kick at all compared to other satay stall. But I feel eating the satay on its own is pretty good already.
