Seem like people creating new ideas out of the book to attract unexpected market. Not everyone afford to travel all around the world. Now, there is a new package of tour to hell. I'm not against on it but I feel very odd and bizzare people starting to promote such service.
The most interesting part is ..the government one of the organiser. It feel weirder now. Just wondering how much it charge and how many days is the tour.

The first-ever outdoor netherworld or hell “tour” in Malaysia will be held here in conjunction with the ongoing Hungry Ghost Festival. The “tour” is for believers of the spiritual world to “interact” with their loved ones and friends who have passed on. It is jointly organised by the Penang Teong Guan Association and the state government. So that able to see your loved ones.
